Loneliness in Scripture is usually circumstantial: exile, illness, imprisonment, bereavement. It is described rather than scolded.
The passages below speak about God's presence and about being placed among people. Both matter, and the second often takes longer to arrive than we would like.

“Turn to me, and have mercy on me, for I am desolate and afflicted. The troubles of my heart are enlarged. Oh bring me out of my distresses. Consider my affliction and my travail. Forgive all my sins.”
Context: A plain request from someone who names himself lonely and afflicted without apology.
“The LORD himself is who goes before you. He will be with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you. Don’t be afraid. Don’t be discouraged.””
Context: Said to Joshua as he lost his mentor and gained a nation's expectations at the same time.
“Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, “I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.” So that with good courage we say, “The Lord is my helper. I will not fear. What can man do to me?””
Context: Quoted to a community under pressure, tying contentment to presence rather than circumstances.
“A father of the fatherless, and a defender of the widows, is God in his holy habitation. God sets the lonely in families. He brings out the prisoners with singing, but the rebellious dwell in a sun-scorched land.”
Context: God is described as placing the solitary in families — companionship is treated as something he arranges through people.
“I will not leave you orphans. I will come to you.”
Context: Spoken on the last night, to friends about to be left behind.
“But now the LORD who created you, Jacob, and he who formed you, Israel, says: “Don’t be afraid, for I have redeemed you. I have called you by your name. You are mine. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you, and through the rivers, they will not overflow you. When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned, and flame will not scorch you.”
Context: The promise is company in the water and the fire, not a route around them.
